If you’re wanting a standard set of 1 to 10 teeth, all you need to do is choose your metal (Silver or Gold), color and purity. Once your order is placed we will ship an impression kit. You will then be able to take impressions at home and ship them back, and we will craft your custom Grillz. The process is similar for custom orders such as Grillz with cutouts or unique designs, however, you will need to complete a custom order form so we can discuss your design and a quote for
the cost. After which, an impression kit can then be sent.

Nope! We designed this process so that everything can be done at home. Our impression kits
and secure shipping make it easy no matter where you are located in New Zealand and
Australia.

If you already have a dental stone made by a dental professional, please get in touch via the custom orders form and a discount may be applicable for your order. Please note that your impressions should not be older than 6 months and we are not liable for any damage caused to the impressions/dental stone during the production process of your Grillz.

No. Our Grillz are cosmetic jewellery only. They are not dental appliances and are not intended to
replace dental work, improve oral health, or be worn while eating. We recommend wearing them
for style purposes only and removing them before eating, sleeping, or exercising

At this stage we don’t offer inlays or stone settings (Iced Grillz). However, this is something we’re working on and will be available soon as part of our expanding range.

Because each set of Grillz is made-to-order and customized to your unique dental impressions, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your Grillz do not fit correctly when crafted from an accurate impression, we will work with you to adjust or remake them at no additional cost. If issues with fitting occur due to inaccurate impressions, an additional kit may need to be sent out at your cost.

- Rinse them with lukewarm water after each use.

- Store them in the jewelry box provided to prevent scratches and dust build-up.
- For Sterling Silver Grillz: occasional polishing with a silver cloth will keep them bright.
- For Gold Grillz: avoid abrasive cleaners; a gentle jewelry polish is sufficient.
