1. Troubleshooting & Adjustments
Often, a minor adjustment is all it takes to get things sitting flush. If your grillz aren't fitting comfortably, contact us right away. We will personally walk you through some simple troubleshooting steps to help you adjust the fit at home.

2. The Free Remake
If we can't resolve the fitting issue through guided adjustments, we will remake your grillz entirely from scratch at no additional cost to you.

3. Impression Kits & Accurate Molds
A flawless fit starts with a perfect mold. If your initial impression isn't quite right, we will provide a replacement impression kit to try again. However, if fitting issues keep happening because of inaccurate molds after you've already had a replacement kit, we may need to ask you to cover the cost of a third kit onwards.
