• New Zealand: Standard shipping is free for all orders.

• Australia: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Impression Kits: We ship impression kits free of charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending completed impression kits back to us.

• Finished Orders: All finished Grillz orders are shipped with tracking.

Production Timeline

• Standard Grillz (1–12 teeth): Estimated turnaround is 2–4 weeks from the time we receive your impressions.

• Custom designs: Timelines vary depending on complexity. A time estimate will be provided when quoting your design.
