Refund policy


Because all Grillz are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your Grillz do not fit correctly when made from an accurate impression using our kit, we will adjust or remake them at no extra charge.

We cannot guarantee fit if:

  • Impressions are taken incorrectly, are inaccurate, or are returned in poor condition.

  • Impressions are older than 6 months at the time of production.

  • Issues arise due to customer mishandling.


If a new impression kit is required due to inaccurate or unusable impressions, the cost of the additional kit will be the customer’s responsibility.
