Grillz should not be worn while eating, drinking (other than water), exercising, or sleeping.

We are not liable for:

• Any dental or oral issues that arise from wearing Grillz.

• Damage caused by misuse (e.g., eating, drinking, sleeping, exercising with Grillz in).

• Impressions or dental stones not provided by us.

• Issues that arise from inaccurate or poorly taken impressions, even when using our impression kits.

• Wear and tear from everyday use.

By placing an order, you agree to use your Grillz responsibly and in line with our care and maintenance guidelines.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Goldfinch Grillz, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for:

• Follow all instructions when taking impressions using our kits.

• Returning impression kits promptly and at their own cost.

• Ensuring impressions are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

• Keeping impressions safe, clean, and undamaged until returned.

• Confirming that impressions are recent (under 6 months old).

• Providing accurate details when placing orders (shipping info, metal/purity, design specs).

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or issues with fit that we cannot be held liable for.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your Grillz in the best condition:

• Always remove Grillz before eating, drinking (other than water), or sleeping.

• Rinse with lukewarm water after each wear.

• Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to avoid tarnishing.

• Store in the jewelry box provided to prevent scratches and dust.

• Sterling Silver Grillz: Polish occasionally with a silver cloth.

• Gold Grillz: Avoid abrasive cleaners; use gentle jewelry polish.
